Job Description

  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Plan production considering factory capacity, labor availability, machine utilization, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and ingredients before production.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to accommodate changes in demand or operational constraints.
  • Optimize production sequencing to maximize efficiency and minimize product changeovers.
  • Analyze production performance against the plan and investigate variances.
  • Prepare daily production planning reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Monitor inventory levels of finished goods and work to minimize stock shortages and overproduction.
  • Support new product launches by incorporating them into production plans.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company policies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and production efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in production planning within FMCG
