Job Description

Department: Business Development & Marketing

Reports to: CEO / Founder

Location: New Cairo, Egypt (Hybrid)

Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • DataPeak Solutions is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to own and grow our client pipeline across hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies. As the first hire in this function, you will single-handedly build DataPeak's go-to-market engine — identifying leads, closing deals, and nurturing long-term client relationships — while laying the foundation for a future business development and marketing team that you will lead.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales (primary focus)

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, medical labs, and pharmacies
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting through to signed contracts
  • Develop and pitch tailored proposals for DataPeak's services (Data Analytics, Process Automation, Custom Software, AI-Powered Solutions)
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing in coordination with leadership
  • Represent DataPeak at healthcare conferences, industry events, and networking forums
  • Build strategic partnerships with healthcare associations, EHR vendors, and complementary tech providers

Customer Communication & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients
  • Manage the client relationship lifecycle: onboarding, check-ins, renewals, and upsells
  • Gather client feedback and relay insights to product/technical teams
  • Ensure the 48-hour response commitment to inquiries is consistently met

Marketing Support (secondary focus)

  • Support content creation and positioning for company profile, case studies, and pitch materials
  • Coordinate digital presence (, website inquiries, WhatsApp channel)
  • Help shape messaging around DataPeak's value proposition and ROI-driven results

Growth & Team Building

  • Establish CRM systems, sales processes, and reporting structures from scratch
  • Define hiring needs and help recruit future BD/marketing team members
  • Transition into a leadership role managing the team once it's established

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B business development or sales — healthcare, HealthTech, or SaaS strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing client relationships independently
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a startup-like environment with high ownership
  • Strong understanding of (or willingness to quickly learn) healthcare operations — hospitals, clinics, labs, pharmacies
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
